What exactly is the content?
Each show package includes:
Cardboard box divided into compartments to secure the following items:
- Several (4 to 8) groups of fireworks
- Primer module equipped with integrated AA batteries, primer wires and high-intensity indicator light
- Long-range remote control with battery

How will my show box be delivered?
Via private shipping service or GLS transport. Delivered directly to your door.
What are the delivery times?

Do I need to obtain any kind of permit?
No permit is required for use on private land.
Our Fireworks Display Boxes contain only legal fireworks for consumer use. They must be used according to the same rules as those purchased in convenience stores or big-box stores.
What are the basic steps for using a Show Box?
(Consult the instructions first)
At the time of the show:
- Cut out the flaps on the top of the box (follow the dotted lines)
- Connect the igniters to each of the wicks in each group (see instructions if needed).
- (Optional) Select a specific program using the remote control (see instructions)
At the time of the show:
- Place the box on the floor
- Activate the boot module ('ON' button)
- Press and hold the remote control button for 3 seconds to start the show (the indicator light will flash rapidly during the 3 seconds)
- (Optional) Start the soundtrack corresponding to your chosen program (just before starting the show)
At the end of the show:
- Turn off the switch
- Remove the starter module and insert it into the pre-paid Canada Post return envelope (Deposit in a Canada Post curbside mailbox)
Do fireworks need to be placed in a sandbox?
No, the box is designed so you don't have to handle the fireworks. Simply connect each of the numbered fuse-starting clips to the corresponding fuse. (See instructions)
Do I need to configure my phone?
No, the included remote control has only one button which can be used to both start the show and access several other functions.
Is music provided in the Show Box?
No, the soundtracks are available on YouTube. Each show box has a link to a specific YouTube playlist where you can choose your soundtrack. Simply start the soundtrack, and a beep and visual indicator will tell you when to start the show (see detailed instructions).

What is the range of the remote control?
+300 feet. Much more than necessary.
Would I need batteries?
No,
All necessary batteries are included in the show boxes.
Do the videos of the shows accurately represent the visual experience obtained 'live'?
The actual visual experience will be better. The effects take up a lot of space in the sky. They are brighter and more persistent than in the videos.
How can you choose the soundtrack if the remote control only has one button?
The button must be held down for three seconds to start the show. A triple click accesses the soundtrack selection menu. From there, the number of successive clicks will determine your chosen number. An audio and visual confirmation will immediately confirm your selection. You can turn off the module, and it will remember your choice. See the enclosed instructions for full details.

Why can't I see the fireworks in the soundtrack videos?
The soundtrack videos are only used to play the music. The video itself is left black so as not to dazzle you while you're watching the live show.
Can I receive a pre-programmed show box set to one of the available soundtracks?
Yes, simply indicate your choice of soundtrack in the space provided for this purpose, in the consent form that will be sent to you following payment of your purchase.
What is the consent form?
Following your purchase, a short online form will be sent to you. This form must be completed as it allows us, among other things, to confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that you agree to abide by the instructions for use.
Can I sync to another song that is not part of a show's setlist?
You can synchronize it yourself with any piece of music, subject to certain constraints:
Using programs 1 or 2 will ensure the lights are visible 5 seconds after starting. You can then determine the exact start time so that it finishes at the same time as the song ends.
You can also use program 3 (manual mode)
It is also possible to have a show box delivered synchronized to your choice of soundtrack. Simply add the 'Custom Programming' option to your order.

Depending on the duration, pace, and intensity of the show, it can be assembled in a single box or several boxes. In all cases, the show is started with a single click of the remote control.

What is the Synchros Floating Platform?
The Synchros floating platform is designed to perform the Show Boxes on a body of water.
Reusable and delivered free of charge, each platform has a powerful central magnet that secures the Show Box.
The Show Box must be ordered together with the Magnetized Box item, so that it comes pre-equipped with a magnetic plate. (Order the item separately. (+$10 per box).
Depending on the size of the show, it may be necessary to use more than one platform. (see list of shows below)
Each platform is equipped with two eyelets for attaching an anchor.
The anchor is not provided. To easily obtain one, simply place a large rock in a reusable bag and attach a rope to the bag's straps.
Depending on the Show Box used, it may be necessary to use two anchors to maintain the correct orientation of the box towards the spectators (for boxes containing angled (fan-shaped) shots). The simplified instructions show how to do this.
The platform easily tolerates waves of 40cm.
Why are our prices so competitive?
Our show boxes are equipped with a miniature and optimized starter module that represents barely 5% of the cost of the show.
What is the purpose of manual mode?
Manual mode allows you to trigger each group of fireworks that make up the show, one by one. Each group typically has 7 to 25 shots and lasts 12 to 30 seconds. Once a group has been launched, you must press the remote control again to trigger the next group. Further details are provided in the instructions.
